Well here it is February, which once again brings us around to Valentine’s day, that time of the year when we think about a special gift for that special someone... Or if you’re cheap like myself, thinking is about as far as it goes... But for the Bunny and Vixen, each seems to have their own special plans for this special day (Gee, how many times am I going to use “Special” in this blurb? Oops! just did it again!)

I’m not certain what kids do for Valentines celebration these days (but its probably curable with penicillin)... While, back when I was in grade school, we all used to give cheap dime store cards to one another in class... One year I glommed a bunch of insult cards and gave them out instead - I thought it might cause a fuss... it did in a way, I got a few requests from kids asking if I had any more of them...

Now, for those of you who are history buffs, you may recall that Valentines day is named for St. Elmo Valentine, who became famous for sending mash letters to the Pope - he also used to hang out with St. Nicholas and the Easter Bunny and eventually was shot by Al Capone... or um... perhaps I’m thinking of someone else...
